The existing building and surrounding sites has a strategic central location within the Czech Republic being on exit 93 of D5 highway. The D5 highway creates a direct connection from Prague (East of Czech Republic by Prague by-pass) to Germany and is part of one of European most important highway corridors. The immediate vicinity of the park is logistics industrial and a commercial zone, the city of Pilsen is less than 10km from the site. </br></br>Pilsen is one of the most industrial markets in Czech Republic thanks to a location close to German border. The city residents population of about 178 000 people along with the region inhabitants (about 554 000) constitutes a big consumer market.
